Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy — ArtKashmir.com

We want every customer to feel satisfied and confident in their purchase. Since our shawls are handmade and delicate, we follow a simple, fair return policy.

1. Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • A quality issue is clearly visible

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because each shawl is handmade and unique, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Slight color or weave differences

  • Normal handmade variations

These are natural characteristics of authentic handmade Kashmiri products.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to process

4. Exchanges

If available, we can offer an exchange for the same product or another item of equal value.
